Rates are per night for two people and do not include applicable state and local taxes. Children two and under stay free. The charge for each additional person over two years old is $15 per night. There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays. One-night reservations may be available Sunday through Thursday and on some weekends - there is an additional $30 charge for single night stays, when available. Discounted extended stay rates are available. Fondulac Farm does not have any hidden charges such as processing fees, booking/reservation fees, or other service charges.

Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less a $30 cancellation charge. |

Unless arranged otherwise, check in is at 3 pm and checkout is at 11am. |

No refund for inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond control, e.g. power outage, water shortage, acts of nature, etc. |

Neither pets nor smoking are allowed in the cabins at any time. |
